Tuscan Capital funded the £350,000 acquisition and full refurbishment of a mixed-use asset in the city centre of Liverpool.

Tuscan Capital helped fund a mixed-use scheme in Liverpool City Centre within 18 days of instruction. Tuscan provided funding of 70% LTV and 100% build costs.

The refurbishment plan was to improve the two floors above the commercial units and works will include the creation of a 1 Bed Flat on the first floor and a 3 Bed (duplex) flat across the second and third floors. The commercial units will also be improved.

The borrower has a track record of developing in the UK and they used an experienced main contractor to carry out the £150k of works which Tuscan Capital funded.

The property was previously uninhabitable upstairs and Tuscan’s refurbishment loan has allowed the borrower to improve the quality of the building and provide high quality, affordable accommodation in a major city centre location.
