Hannah Melhuish joins the lender with immediate effect and is responsible for Tuscan’s strategic marketing output, running all campaigns across traditional and social media, as well as focusing on brand development.

Reporting to Tuscan’s CEO, Colin Sanders, Hannah will be supporting the sales team with a range of marketing activity designed to educate and inform brokers and advisers on the Tuscan product proposition, as well as the growing opportunities within the short-term finance sector.

Hannah has over six years marketing experience in the financial technology and public sectors, and joins Tuscan from Salary Finance, where she was employee communications manager, managing a diverse client portfolio across different sectors.

Prior to this, Hannah was communications officer at Surrey Fire and Rescue Service.

Hannah’s appointment follows the recent announcement of new regional sales director appointments within Tuscan.

Katie Wilsher-Garratt has joined as Tuscan’s new regional sales director for the Home Counties, and Rebecca Salt as new regional sales director for the Midlands.

Last month, Tuscan launched a new-look refurbishment facility as a further addition to its range of property finance products.

Through the facility, developers are able to secure funding up to 100% of build costs and 70% of purchase price, with pricing starting at 0.48% per month over Bank Base Rate.

Tuscan Capital provides non-regulated bridging finance to the residential, commercial, semi-commercial, HMO and mixed-use real estate sectors in England and Wales.
